- Manage Daily Transactions: Efficiently process invoices, payments, and expense reports across three companies ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
- Vendor Management: Take charge of all vendor communications; assess and reconcile vendor statements and address any invoice discrepancies swiftly.
- Payment Processing: Spearhead the preparation and execution of weekly payment cycles using various methods including ACH, wires, and checks, while also contributing to month-end close activities.
- Inquiry Resolution: Act as a primary point of contact for both internal and external inquiries, providing timely and insightful resolutions.
- Process Optimization: Constantly seek out and implement improvements to streamline accounting functions, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Experienced: You bring an Associate's degree coupled with at least 3 years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
